Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: [12/2025]
We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are custom-made, returns are limited.
We accept returns or exchanges for the following situations:
-
Incorrect item received
-
Damaged or defective product
-
Print/quality issues caused by production errors
To qualify:
-
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
-
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Note: We cannot accept returns for customer-provided artwork mistakes, wrong size selections, or dissatisfaction with colors that appear differently due to screen variations.
Custom Orders
Custom T-shirts and DTF transfers are made specifically for you, so they are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong item.
